Student Activities
Getting involved in C-G’s campus activities is one of the easiest and most important things a student can do during their college career. Studies have shown that students who are involved in at least one co-curricular experience like club membership, community service, student employment, athletic team participation, or student tutoring, will have a stronger academic performance, personal development, well-being, leadership skills and multicultural awareness.
Columbia-Greene’s Student Activities and Leadership Development Office offers a wide range of programming and activities that help our students learn and grow. From Orientation to Commencement, Student Activities provides supportive, creative events that enhance student lift and encourage an inclusive environment.
Our vibrant, welcoming, and engaging student community is the very heart of Columbia-Greene. Whether it’s a major event like the Annual Thanksgiving Lunch, a daily activity like a visit from a local animal sanctuary or entering to win a weekly raffle prize, there are opportunities for involvement at every level!
The weekly Event Schedule is sent via email to all registered students.
