Organizational Structure

The Columbia-Greene Community College Board of Trustees oversees the governance of the College. The President, who reports to the Board, leads the Executive Leadership team comprising the Vice President for Academic Affairs, Student Development, and Strategic Initiatives; Vice President of Administration and Finance / Chief Financial Officer; Chief Information Officer; Dean of Academic Affairs; Dean of Enrollment Management; Dean of Student Development; and Chief Diversity Officer.

Reporting to the Vice President for Academic Affairs, Student Development, and Strategic Initiatives are the Dean of Academic Affairs; Dean of Enrollment Management; Dean of Student Development; Chair of Advising, Career, and Transfer Services; Director of College in the High School; Executive Director of Continuing Education, Training, and Workforce Development; Director of Institutional Research, Effectiveness, and Planning; and Librarian and Department Chair for Library and Media Services.

Reporting to the Vice President of Administration and Finance / Chief Financial Officer are the Director of Accounting; Director of Accounting for Auxiliary Services; Director of Buildings and Grounds; Bursar; Director of Human Resources; Payroll Officer; Purchasing Officer and Director of Auxiliary Services; and Director of Security and Safety.

The Dean of Academic Affairs oversees the Academic Divisions (Arts and Humanities, Business and Technology, Natural Sciences, Nursing, Social Sciences, Technical Professions); Assistant Dean of Academic Affairs; and the Hudson Link Liaison.

The Dean of Enrollment Management oversees the Admissions Associate; Assistant Director of Admissions; Director of Financial Aid; Director of Marketing and Communications; and the Welcome Center.

The Dean of Student Development oversees the Director of Accessibility Services; Director of Athletics; Director of Career Success and Experiential Learning; Director of Health Services; Registrar; Director of Student Activities and Leadership; and the Director of Student Success.
