After graduating SUNY Binghamton, Michael began his career at Columbia-Greene Community college in 1993 as an adjunct instructor in the Department of Alternative Learning teaching English, math, and reading. Prior to joining the full-time faculty in 1999, he also served as Peer Tutor Coordinator, Disabilities Coordinator, and Retention Specialist.
