IRS 1098-T Tuition Statement (Tax Form)

Columbia-Greene Community College staff cannot give tax advice or assist students in calculating individual credit amounts. Please consult a tax advisor for assistance.

The College partners with ECSI to deliver Form 1098-T Tuition Statements for tax reporting. Form 1098-T assists students in determining eligibility for an Education Tax Credit, an annual statement that provides the total amount of qualified payments made on a student’s account during the calendar year.

For students who qualify, ECSI mails the Form 1098-T Tuition Statements before February 1. Access the 1098-T through ECSI at https://heartland.ecsi.net/.

Contact the Bursar’s Office at 518-697-6300 or bursar@sunycgcc.edu with any questions you have.
